Spring is blooming at Create Art Studio Indy, and we’re bringing edible flowers to your plate! Join us for Bloom & Bite: A Culinary Edible Flower Experience on Sunday, April 27th, from 5–7 PM.
Led by Misha Young, co-founder and chef at Dash of Joy, and Stephen Brooks, artist and owner of Indiana Paper Company, this hands-on class explores the art of cooking with edible flowers. You’ll learn about floral flavors, watch a live chef demo, and create your own delicious dish infused with spring’s best blooms.
Plus, indulge in a tasting session featuring a vibrant spring soup, salad, and floral-infused ice cream sandwiches! Refreshments will be served!
